How does a booking agency make money to pay the agents and their commission?
Q. I know an independent agent makes their 10-15% commission from a bands gig but when you start a booking agency, how does the agency get the money to pay their agents commission they earn plus salary? Does the agent give part or all of the commission to the agency? How does that work?

A. No money is paid out until your clients start bringing money in. As soon as the band gets $1Million advance for their new record, the agency takes $150,000 and writes a check to the band for $850,000. Out of the $150,000 the owner of the agency pays the utility bill and the rent and the agent's fee or commission. The agent herself might be getting a set fee instead of a percentage..

How to get a collection agency I have already paid to get the credit reporting agency to remove negative info?
Q. I have already paid the collection agency for a "delinquent" account, but the negative info (the record of a collection) has not been removed from my report. What is the best (easiest, cheapest, least painful way) to get this removed once and for all from my report? I have already disputed this with the credit reporting agency (transunion) but have received nasty, computer-generated letters from them indicating that I have to show "proof" that this entry never should have been on my record in the first place. HELP!~

A. As a financial consultant, I can advice you to write a detail letter to all three credit bureaus and let them know what is going on. You need to pay nothing to them as you have already paid your company who you where already selinquent too. Sit back and relax, your problem can be solved. If you need more information you can contacting me by email.

What does a business or government agency need to consider before transferring a nonindigenous species?
Q. What does a business or government agency need to consider before transferring a nonindigenous species? What does a business or government agency need to consider before transferring a nonindigenous species to another country?
Asked by asdfasdf - Sun May 4 18:43:10 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments

A. it needs to consider how that species will be received in the new country by the country's indigenous species. In other words, will the non-indigenous species bring a new strain or type of disease, will it prey on other species in the host country and to what extent, will it adapt to the climate of the host country. In addition, how fast will it take to reproduce in the host country and will this wipe out other species' territories.., etc.
